Hello,
What brands of l-tryptophan would people recommend? I-herb has a "Doctor's Best," but it seems a little cheap a $19.99 for 90 caps. I heard l-tryptophan runs on the expensive side, so you probably get what you pay for. I'd rather pay more for quality and something that will work, than waste my money on a useless supplement.

Hi I have used Doctor's Best Tryptophan for sleep aid and it works well. In fact used 500mg last night - it sent me straight off to sleep :-)
