I reacted very badly to 5-htp recently (50mg dose) and had to discontnue it due to it bringing on an asthma attack, has this happened to other users? I have taken SJW and it caused further anxiety on the lowest dose,(I took it for about 3 weeks) I have quit meds 6 months ago. What else could I take?
