Hi, Any one experienced dry throat and mouth with 5-HTP and high potency B complex. I have been taking this for last 1 week and i have difficulty in talking because of dry throat. Sounds weird but when i talk, all i emit is a puff of air rather than a sound. I am thinking it could be cause of the B complex. I will replace B complex with Omega-3 fish oil and see how it goes.
one more question. Is there any drug that helps with the strong voice and speech fluency. My whole anxiety is because of my very low voice and low fluency. thanks.
