Not sure if 5-HTP is doing much for my depression (I'm also taking Wellbutrin), but it sure helps with sleep. IMO it works as well as or better than any sleep aid, prescription or nonprescription. Around 100mg a half hour before going to bed is just amazing... anyone else use it for this?

No, but I do take L-tryptophan (amino acid which 5-HTP is derived from) which seems to help...
