Dear all,
I've been suffering from severe anxiety and panic attack for more than 3 years. I was taking clomipramine. Recently I stopped with it and start to take 5-HTP. Yes, it worked out but for a week or so only. Now all that horror came back. I don't know what to do with this.
In a day I have an appointment with psyhiatrist but I know in advance that he'll prescribe me chemicals. I really don't want go back! 3 years it is so much! I want to be normal again like 3 years ago. If somebody went through this nightmare, please give me an advice.
I'd also like to ask if 5-HTP available in Europe. I've got american one through Russia where lots of american medicines available. I live in Holland.

Hello,
I saw your message on the board, after searching for something relating to this site's subject on the net.
I noticed straight away, your message, as it was relating to Clomipramine and 5htp. Both of which i have been, and have had, alot of experience with myself.
