Well, I have concluded that 5-htp is just not for me. It did seem to really make my mood much better but I could not stand the heart palpitations. One night as I tried to sleep, I counted my heart rate and it was 102 beats per minute!
I will just go back to SJW and try another brand. It was very helpful but I had a rash that stayed on my neck constantly.
