I have not heard of 5-HTP until finding this site. What does 5-HTP do for us that SJW doesn't and why are many of you taking it in addition to SJW?

There are lots of messages here already that will answer your question. I can recommend reading through the older messages here, plus use the search engine to find out more. It's just another alternative to the prescription antidepressants.
