Hi,
I bought Natrol 5HTP, liked the way it worked. However, after 2 days, I couldn't tolerate the stomach distress (thank God for gas-x...:). I know that enteric coated brands are supposed to alleviate this, but can't find any brand, any suggestions?

Hi - I'm looking at different 5-HTP brands right now and am leaning toward HBC Protocols. They offer a 5-HTP transdermal cream - no pills to swallow so no nausea. I have several vitamin/mineral supplements I am already taking, along with my SJW, and love the idea of not having to swallow yet another pill. As I said, I haven't tried it yet, but I am placing the order now. It may help with the upset stomach so many 5-HTP users seem to experience.
