I am trying to find out how bad it is to drink alcohol while using 5-htp. I am worried because my serotonin glands are already very weak from ecstasy use in high school.

Mike alcohol is going to make things worst if your depressed.you got to ask your self do I want to get better or just put stuff in my body so I won't feel . And if you want to get better stop drinking.Drinking is a depressant it just makes you forget about your problems for a coulpe of hours and then what,your back to your self try to find the root of the problem.look into exercising ,eating right, taking supplments etc to get your body back into shape
