I just came off of paxil after taking it for a couple of years the withdrawals where bad they left me in a state of depression. It’s been about 4 months now and by Gods grace I'm at the tail end of it and by Gods grace I'll make it thru. I just started taking sam e ,B complex’s ,amino acids about 5 days ago it looks like something is happening and after reading about 5htp on the web looks like something to try also at least till I get my body back in shape these drugs rob your body of the nutrients your body needs. My Question is is it safe to take both.

Thanks I'm off the sam e and looking to try sjw if I need but so far I'm doing ok with just a multi Praise God .
