Hey guys, i have a coupla Q's regarding 5-HTP for u (since u were v. helpful b4 :) Is it true that u have to take it with Vit C to get the full efefct?? i already take B6 :) and does anyone know if its ok to take it when ur on the pill coz i know st. john's wort isn't?? i read on the internet that its best to have breaks from it - how long on/off then? i'm from the UK and am considering buying the Health Aid brand (£9.99 for x60 capsules) - has anyone tried this?
