Hi there - have been taking 100mg HTP for 5 days and feel a little better. Wondered what people's normal dose was and if I could push mine up?

Most of the studies I have read say that 5htp is safe in dosages up to 900 mg/day. I used to take 500 mg/day. I think you can safely up your dosage if needed.
