Was wondering if you have to go off st johns wort if you want to take 5htp?

You can take 5htp and St. John's Wort together. Low doses (50-150 mg/day) seem to be the standard recommendation for starting on 5htp. To be safe, know the symptoms of serotonin syndrome:
