Hi there,

I have about two minutes...using a library computer which is going to turn off. I will check messages when i return home.

I began taking 5HTP for panic disorder. I am wondering if this has helped anyone with same. And, i am also inquiring as to whether this has CAUSED insomnia for any of you.

I take 50mg 5htp at bedtime, with no insomnia, as a successful complement to St. John's Wort therapy for depression. Haven't heard about its use for panic disorder. Check out this site for detailed information on 5htp:
