I came across this wonderful and helpful board researching Fibromyalgia (FMS) and 5-HTP. I read in Food as Medicine that this was one thing that is meant to help with FMS. Does anyone else have any experience with FMS and 5-HTP? I'm in constant pain and my insomnia has gotten much worse the last couple of months, so I'm really wanting to try something new. I take a lot of vitamins/minerals so I can avoid the hard core prescription drugs, as they don't work well with my body. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
