Pls share your advice about the best brands. I am thinking of beginning soon, and before I just succumb to advertisements, would much appreicate any counsel you could give. Also, do you get side effects? many thanks

Go to the brands section of this site you might find some things on there.
Not everyone gets side effects from 5htp. But the most common are stomach upsets and it may increase anxiety to start with

The best brand for 5-htp is Natures Way brand.
