Hi I'm from the UK too. Try this website, www.agestop.co.uk . I just checked they do the Natrol 5HTP. Have you tried this make then and is it good? I'm using 5HTP 50mg from Holland and Barrett. It cost £14.99 for 60 tablets, and seems quite good.
I take it for mood swings and slight anxiety. I only take 1 a day now, I find it has really helped me. It made me sleepy at first, but not now.
The agestop website are good and reliable. The goods take about a week to come, and seem to come from the states. I'm also taking melatonin to help me sleep, that is also from Natrol.

I've been taking Holland & Barrett 5-HTP for the last two days. I've been taking 3x50mg all at once at bedtime. I used to take this quite a bit about a year ago and I think it worked. It's just I read on here that a lot of people were rating Natrol 5-HTP, so I thought I'd give it a go.
If you check out my post in the General forum, you'll see I've found a pack containing a few things all by Natrol. I'm going to give this pack a go and see if it works for me.
I've got my fingers crossed that this pack will help me and I hope things are good with you! :0)

Yes, I only just saw your other post about the Holland & Barrett tablets.
Where did you get the pack from Natrol, and what does it contain?
3 tablets must knock you out then! I took 3 at bed time once and had a really bad nightmare. I've read that can be quite common with 5HTP. I take mine at about 6pm now with my tea.
Let me know how you get on and where you got the Natrol pack from.

It's ok I just found your other post in the General forum.
The biovea site are linked to the one I recommended Agestop. They seem to be quite reliable. Biovea charge for postage, but Agestop doesn't so that's worth remembering.
I use the Holland & Barrett, as it's easy to get hold of and I don't have to wait for it to come through the post.
Do you know if the Natrol tabs have a plastic coating on like H & B's do?

Well I've put my order in today. I had to do it buy post, so it will take some time before I get the pack (probably after Christmas). I'll use my H&B one's until then. But once I get them I'll put up a post listing what came in the pack, etc.
