Hi all,
I took 5-htp today for the first time (50 mg) and was truly in a bad mood all day long - VERY short tempered. Like, I wanted to hurt someone. Obviously, this stuff isn't for me, but has anyone else experienced this or are the mood swings normal in the first few days?
