I have been thinking of taking 5 HTP for awhile now. I have been taking SJW for 8 months now & it has helped my depression. Occassionly I get feelings of anxiety; they haven't progressed to a panic attack (have in the past), but I was wondering if 5 HTP can be taken on an occassional basis, or do I need to take it daily?
