I've just started taking 5HTP for anxiety and mild insomnia, I'm having some really good results.
I didn't check with my Dr though, does any one know if it's ok to take 5HTP with The Pill? I know you can't take St Johns Wort when you are on The Pill. But it doesn't say anything on the leaflet or packet at all so I thought it would be ok.

Hi Sarajane---
I don't know if you're still communicating thru this forum. I was reading your question. I too am on the pill. Did you ever find out anything about whether or not it's safe to take 5-htp while you're on the pill. I hope so, because I've been taking it for 3 days now.
