"5HTP and Bloating" , Thu 14 Aug 06:29

Hi,

I've been taking 5HTP (Herb tech, holland & barrett brand) for the last 6 days and I do feel they are making a big difference, which is great.
The only problem I have is that I am really bloated all the time since taking them. Has anyone else noticed this?
Does it go away or is there a way round it like taking the pills at different times? Please let me know if this has happened to you, thanks.
