Hi,

I read some information that I found troubling regarding 5htp. Can 5HTP cause heart problems in the right heart chamber? Can too much serotonin in the blood cause this? I heard that there is a blood brain factor. That the increase in serotonin may only be increased in the blood and very little may get to the brain from taking 5HTP. Am I looking at coronary problems down the road from taking 5HTP? Maybe the person providing this information is working for a drug company that makes SSRIs or this person has stocks in SSRI companies.
