I am 7 months pregnant with many yrs of fibromyalgia, including episodes of depression under my belt. Because of the pregnancy, I have not been on anything for my symptoms for 7 months, but my moods and sleep have not been good and I desperately want some hope by trying something new. I'd like to start 5HTP now, but even if I wait until after the baby is born, I have the same worry as if I was taking it while pregnant, as I plan to breast-feed, as I did with my first child for 10 months. I can't wait another yr to try something new!! Anyone know anything about this or where to find reliable info?
