i am currently taking Kira one a aday and vit b complex mainly for my anxiety and came across 5-htp, can anyone suggest where in the UK i can buy 5-HTP and which is the brand

You can get this from Holland & Barrett too. About Ł14 I think.

Higher Nature sell 5-htp (brand name serotone) in 50mg and 100mg capsules. You can either phone them or order via the website
