I've been taking sjw (900 mg) for about 4 weeks now. I am feeling much better, but I feel from what I've read that I would benefit by taking 5htp also. What is a good dose? Even with the sjw should I be taking 300 mg of 5htp a day? Also, does 5htp have to be taken 3 times a day, or can the full amount be taken in one dose per day.
