hello everyone,

I've decidied to try 5 htp and was wondering if any users in
here have used it too gradually wean off of Benzos like
Ativan. I have been addicted to benzos for 10 years am
am having a heck of a time getting off them.

Also, I am a cheap drunk( very sensitive to drugs)
so I've started 5 HTP at a meagre 50 mgs in the morning yesterday.
I was wondering if 50 mgs a day is too minor an amount and
if I increase the dosage what signs of overdoing it should I look out for. Naturally, being a benzo user I am concerned
about panic attacks...I want to beat these benzos
for good but have read in here that 5 HTP increases anxiety
for the first few weeks. I chose not to use SJW because
of the skin and eye sensitivity issues.
