Could anyone give me any information on L-Tyrosine, I have been taking 100mg of 5htp, 3x per day for aniexy and depression, for the past year, i think the effect may be wearing off, i am thinking about supplementing witl L-Tyrosine as well, can you combine the two , and if so , what is a safe dosage?
