Can anyone living in Britain tell me which companies give the best, price-competitive, deals on Sam-E and 5-HTP?
I take SJW all year round but would like to combine it with one or other of these supplements during the winter.
Also, can anyone advise on the relative merits of a supplement called DLPA, as opposed to Sam-E and 5-HTP, both when one of these supplements is taken in conjuction with SJW, and when any of these three latter supplements are taken on their own? I'd be grateful for any pointers. SJW does the job for most of the year, but I feel I need something stronger in the winter months. I'm anxious not to mess up my system by taking too many different things all at once, and am looking for the combination that will both cure my awful winter depression but will at the same time not cause any horrible side-effects.
