Hi everybody, I have started to use sam-e together with sjw and 5-htp. Today is my 4th day with sam-e
What I use is 400 mg of sam-e, 900 sjw, 50 mg 5-htp.
Sam-e 200 mg morning and night
5-htp 50 mg at night
SJW 900 mg at night
I am going to use sam-e only for two weeks, then I will increase 5-htp.
I would appreciate any comment about this..........thank you.

Yeah,
Please keep posting on how this works out. I am doing SAM-e, SJW and L-Tyrosine at the moment. I've had problems waking up in the morning recently. And I have been thinking about adding the 5-HTP. I've already been kind of playing around with the dosages.

How is this working out? I'm curious because I have been taking sjw for about a month and just picked up some sam-e and 5-htp.

Why so many different things? How severe would you rate your depression? Have you tried any one (or all) of these three on their own and found them not to work? I'm quite curious about your approach.
