Hi,

Does anyone know if that 5-HTP brand 'NOW' is any good. I actually use Natures Way and I think that it is fantastic. If this 'NOW' one is any good I'd like to try it because it seems to be a good price.

I am using the NOW brand of 5 HTP and I have been satisfied with it. However, I have only tried one other brand which I did not like at all.

I'm also currently looking for a good brand of 5-HTP. I was told I should avoid brands that contain silica. The problem is that most of the brands contain this. I heard it is some type of sand or something. Does anyone know the effect that silica has on the body?
