I am currently taking 300mg of SJW at 5 hour intervals 4 times throughout the day (starting at at 5:30am and going until 5:30pm) for a total of 1200mg a day.
This has worked great to date. I also suffer from chronic headaches and am thinking of trying 50mg 5-htp once a day to help.
Question is, when would be the best time of day to take it?
Anybody have any advice? All input welcome...what's working for you?

I take 5-htp once every 2 days 150mg, I take it for upper back pain. I have found that it really doesn't matter when I take it. I'm at the point where I just take it when I start to feel the pain coming back.
