Hi everyone.
Has anyone had good success intelligently combining SJW and 5-HTP? It is important to note that 5-HTP can "amplify" the level of serotonin in the brain when combined with SJW (hyperforin rich please), theoretically to unsafe levels. SJW partially prevents the reuptake (breakdown) of serotonin in the brain, while 5-HTP provides the body with the fuel to create serotonin.
Any testimonies of what has worked with hyperforin rich SJW and 5-HTP would be appreciated.

Please look at my previous posts and you will see that my regimen consists of many things, including both SJW and 5-HTP. My regimen works so well now - I am amazed. I feel so much better than I did on Paxil. My concentration is great, and I have energy for everything. In fact, I found myself whistling in the store while shopping! (Although, that may be annoying to some people.....;)

New poster here.
Have a current problem with both anxiety and depression and am currently on Xanax XR (low dose). It does okay for the anxiety (generally) but nothing really for the depression. Anyway, could find your other post mentioning your regimen of specifically what you take for your situation.
Would really like to get off the pharm meds and onto more natural products. SJW? SamE? 5-HTP?
