Pardon my ignorance, but even SJW is quite new to me. I just started taking SJW a few days ago.

Anyway, can anyone tell me what 5-HTP is, or direct me toward some reading material?

How about other natural/herbal remedies for depression/anxiety, like SAM-e. I'm not sure what that is either.

Any info will be much appreciated.
