I live in Perth, W.A. and I dont want to spend alot of money importing 5-htp from overseas. I've heard it's sold in QLD. I have family there that could send it to me but I dont know if this is illegal or it might get confiscated.Could anyone help me out here? Also does anyone know an online order site in QLD who wouldn't mind sending it to Perth?
Also,what is the best formula of 5-htp? is taking 5-htp ok or do you need to take supplements such as vitamin B. How do you know how pure the 5-htp is?

You should not take 5-htp with any b6 vitamins because the pill has just the right amount of b6 so that it can initiate the 5-htp process of changing into serotonin. I am using natures bounty here in the states.

You can buy it over the internet at a Queensland web site. It is still expensive though $40.00 Aust for 30 tablets at 100mg.
