Hi, I have been taking 120 mg of 5-htp with sjw and kava kava. The pill is called 5-htp supreme. It has 50 mg of sjw and 50 mg of kava kava. After about a week I seem to experience a little anxiety, sweaty palms etc. My question is something that will pass or should I reduce my dosage in half?

I take 5-HTP only when required (if I feel low or stressed) and it works without side effects.

Maybe its a combination of what your taking
