Hi karla, Ive been taking SJW for about 7 days and feel a little less anxious then i used to. Just recently i started adding the 5htp and maybe about 45mins after i felt at ease.. Now maybe this is a placebo effect but like they say on this sight you have to be patient and see what happens after time. I'll tell you this though , i happen to be 6'3 weight 240lbs and if i felt light headed right away from 5htp then i guess theres potential.. lets see what happens.. good luck
