Can't seem to find the brand that everyone is recommending in a local store, but I did find Nature's Bounty 5-htp (l-5-hydroxytryptophan) 50mg.

Which has Vitamin b6, Magnesium 25mg, 5-HTP 50mg, and Valerian Root 50mg in it...

Has anyone ever tried this brand or even heard of it?

If so let me know your thoughts about this brand.

u can mail order it from nature's way. I think u want a reputed brand because there is some talk about the same contamination of peak x, etc in 5htp as was the case with L-tryptophan.
Also go for the enteric coated ones so that it does not upset your stomach. I think NATROL has one very similar to nature's way
