I have been on St Johns Wort for about 3 months now. I started with Sundown but it didn't work. Now I have been on Nature's Resource for about 3 weeks. I have terrible insomnia. I want to also add 5-htp to my healing program. What brand do I get and where do I get it? I have been on SSRI's in the past. They work very well but give me bad side effects.
