I have been feeling very well, thank you. The past month has been stressful, (husband out of work, death in the family, traveled out of the country, transmission went on the van...)but I've made it through it all with out a problem. Taking 100 mg/day of 5htp.
Death has a way of putting things in perspective. I really ask myself what matters most, and don't worry about the rest. My whole attitude and perpective has changed. To love and be loved...
