I am in heaven!! I was surfing the net on depression, insomnia and I ran across a website that caught my eye. It is about Blue Green Algae. So I read the website. It has information about the qualities of blue green algae. So I thought I would I would order some and try it. OH MY GOD!!! I slept seven hours straight and I had great energy during the day. Of course with all the energy it gave me, I though ok, I'm not going to sleep at all. My fiance had to wake me up because I was dosing on the couch at 8:30!!!!!! I have never slept so sound. My fiance had to roll me over in the middle of the night because I was snoring!!!!! Check out this website about the information on Spirulina and Algae, it is written by a doctor and I ordered my algae from this compay called Cell Tech. This is just Spirulina by another name, and spirulina turned out to be something of a scam (as are most so-called "miracle foods").
