Hi everyone...

I'm new here, and have been considering trying 5HTP. However, what scares me off from giving it a chance is reports I have seen that say it lowers the effectiveness of the birth control pill. I cannot take this kind of risk, and, I was wondering if anyone had any insight/info!

I haven't seen any information that says 5htp lowers the effectiveness of bc, only reports that sjw lowers the effectiveness.
