Ok, my husband lost his job yesterday, and I'm not good with change. I'm just waiting for the panic to set in.

I think this is a great time to develop some new coping skills. Any suggestions? My face is breaking out, and I'm overeating. I'm not depressed, but I have much anxiety.
Not only is he out of a job, but also now, he is going to be home disrupting my routine.

No, he is a great guy who I can't live without. We have kids...a home. He is a victim of the economic situation in the US. I'm hopeful that things will turn around.
