I just started using St. Johns Wart about a week ago and I feel great already. However I noticed I have gained 5 pounds. Is this a side effect?

I have been eating the same as usual. However I have not been exercising, I have been acting like a couch potato. Well I guess it's time to get up and work out. Thank you for your response.

SJW doesnt make u fat, check out what have you been eating and if you are exercising enough, people that sit all day can gain easy
