Hey i tried quitting aspartame and I have found that it was that poison that was messing my head, energies and everything, after i stopped it i feel so great, if you are taking that stuff you shoudl know better QUIT it,

PS: I am not an anti-aspartame activist, so u can trust what I am saying that aspartame in diet products kills you and will depress u even if you are taking SJW or any anti depressor

Interesting.

I'm curious. Where did you hear about aspartame killing your serotonin? I've heard and read of many bad things about aspartame, but not the seritonin thing.
