Hello everybody,

i can use some feedback. What dosage do people usually take if they use SJW and 5-HTP together? SJW has not seemed to help me. any feedback on dosage/best time to take 5-HTP if I take it by itself? I am an English teacher and I need to be alert at work. Right now, however, my work is suffering doing to my seasonal depression. Thanks!
