I have been experiencing periodic nausea. It comes about every week and lasts for 2 or 3 days. I'm pretty sure it's not food related or sinus/allergy related. It may just be stress. I was wondering if anyone else taking 5-htp has been experiencing nausea. I take 100mg in the am and 100mg in the pm.
the nausea is bad enough that it's difficult to function.

You may want to try a brand that is enteric coated, it is not broken down until it reaches the small intestine, therefore no stomach upset, or nausea. I use Nature's Way brand.
