Does anyone know if 5 HPT is on sale from a UK website??
Ordering from the States can be both time consuming and costly for people based in Ireland.

Try - www.vitaminuk.com , search under the brand name "Serotone" which is a combination of 5-HTP and b vitamins.

I rang a couple of helath stores but no luck.
Do you have the exact name and/or address of where you are getting it in Dublin.
Do you find it beneficial to use? Have you been using it for long? What dosage to you take?

I found their website it's at:

click on the "contact us" in the left menu
and it'll show a list of shops in Ireland.
I've been to 3 different shops and they all
had only 1 brand which was Holland & Barrett
I've only been using it a short time (on and off)
so haven't really noticed any major changes just yet

I buy it in "Natures Way" here in Ireland. It's
the only place I can find it. It's made by
Holland & Barrett. It's expensive though IR£17:50
for 60 50mg Tablets. Haven't checked to see what
the prices are abroad though.
I know theres a Natures Way in Cork and Dublin

Hiya. I live in the uk and i have found places to buy sjw from shops, however, i have found nowhere that sells 5htp in the shops!! do you know anywhere? does holland and barret sell it?
Please reply, im desperate to try it and see if it works better than sjw for me!!

You can buy 5-HTP over the counter from all Holland and Barrett stores in the UK and Ireland.
You can check the exact locations on their website.
The prices are in line with those stated above.
