Hi,
First must say that the St. John's website has been very useful to me.
I can't take St. John's Wort with some meds that I'm taking. Does anybody have any information about 5-htp and any meds (oral contraceptives?) that you shouldn't take it with?
Also, I'm having a difficult time finding it in stores.

5 HTP- you can find it significantly cheaper on the internet than in healthfood stores. I found it for less than half price what I was paying retail.
