Feeling Spaced Out
Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and have recently started taking St John's Wort in the last few days. I enjoy how it stops me dwelling on negative thoughts but I'm increasingly feeling spaced out. With a 2 year old and a 4 year old to look after, I find it a bit concerning. The other day, I almost walked out in front of a car with my kids which is very frightening. I also feel like I can't concentrate well enough to be safe driving.
I'm currently taking one SJW tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon. Any suggestions?

You may want to try Rhodiola. I have read some really excellent reports from people taking this supplement to reduce both depression and anxiety. Here's a bunch.
