Here are two of my favorites:
'Natural Hormone Balance' by Suzannah Olivier
for all those who think they might be perimenopausal.
and
'Facing Codependence' by Pia Mellody
for all those who have low self-esteem, problems with boundaries, difficulties meeting their own needs, and generally, have a history of physical or psychological abuse. This will be mind expanding to you if you are ready to face your problems.

Hello again!
Thanks for the tips!
I also would like to recommend some books about hormones. For all those women, who do not want to take synthetic hormones:
1. "What you doctor may not tell you about Premenopause"
by John R. Lee und J. Hanley
2. "What you doctor may not tell you about Menopause" by John R. Lee
3. "Once a month" by Dr. Katharina Dalton. A must for every woman who suffers from PMS.
4. "Depression After Childbirth: How to Recognize and Treat Postnatal Depression" also by Dr. Katharina Dalton. This book shows how useful bioidentical progesterone against PPD can be..
5. "The wisdom of Menopause" by Dr. Christine Nortrup.
6. "Womens Bodies, Womens Wisdom" by Dr. Christine Nortrup too.
7. "The Hormone Survival Guide for Perimenopause: Balance Your Hormones Naturally" by Nisha, PH.D. Jackson.
All these books have helped me to find my nutrients and also to learn how to use bioidentical progesterone.. Here in Germany many doctors knows almost every think about synthetic hormones..and do not care about anything else...
Kind regards, Reina
